Returns & Exchanges

At Kizik, we want you to love your hands-free footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn shoes in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
