How do Kizik shoes work?
Kizik shoes feature our patented Hands-Free technology. The heel is designed to compress when you step in and spring back into place, allowing you to put them on without using your hands or bending over.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. Simply visit our online returns portal to start your request.
Do Kizik shoes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. However, some customers prefer a half-size up for a roomier fit. Please refer to the specific size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Are Kizik shoes machine washable?
While many of our knit styles are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle, we recommend air drying them. Leather and suede models should be spot cleaned only to maintain their integrity.
